At Sketch Brains, we aim to deliver valuable learning experiences. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellations

Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, before accessing the course or program.
To cancel, email us at sketchbrains01@gmail.com with your order details.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the course has not been accessed and the request meets our eligibility criteria.
Once digital access is granted, refunds will not be processed.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Special Cases

If you face technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days for resolution. We may offer a refund or alternative access at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and services marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refunds.
